[Reported] Game wont drop new gems

As requested in the closed support ticket #137787, I’ve added new developments in regards to the bug to the forum.

so they close the ticket and ask you to post here… you gave them information how to replicate the bug in a private manner, but they want it public so others can replicate and grief. makes no sense to me…

should we play the violins now. this ship is sinking

I was literally staring at the enemy hero and noticed the lack of damage for the skull hit before I even realized that the board was frozen and missing gems. :eyes: But maybe the troop card failed to update due to the locking?

This still appears to be a PC/M only bug? No console reporting as of yet?

Had it too, saw that it happened when exploding big part of the board when still mana potion was doing stuff

happened while i was trying to get gold marks from one of the regions in pvp which was up for Saturday. i was running geomancer - dont rem enemy team class.

has anyone seen this pop up anywhere else but pvp? i m concerned it might come up in something imp like events, vault key opening, explore.

can the devs atleast acknowledge the issue & provide ETA for fix?

Orbweaver, as indicated by the Class icon in the corner of their Hero’s card.

No, because PVP is the only game mode where the enemy team can feature a Hero, and there are no standard Troops with an analogous trait to trigger the bug.

But just to be thorough, anyone want to test other modes (non-Sigil-based, like Explore or Boss Dungeon) with an appropriate Hero leading your team to see if it occurs equally between player and cpu?

I’m more concerned about Journey, have fun seeing your miles drain away while demons keep popping up on opponent side.

Well, unless they update the cpu teams available in Delves this will only impact that one Orc room (Orc Veteran, Drake Rider, Fel’Dras, Gar’Nok) which is definitely troublesome enough already (particularly Fel’Dras’s boosted damage).

I think all screenshots with this issue to date had some class attached, with specific talents / traits, mine is different. My enemy doesn’t have any class at all (the battle was in Central Spire, and I checked before withdrawing from battle - no class) and yet the game soft-locked on me. My guess - Queen Sochi’s third trait is causing the same problem too?

Every single screen here has some sort of storm going. I wouldn’t be surprised if that plays some role here too.

You seem to have run into a different issue. The marker at the top of the teams shows it’s your opponent’s turn. The Orbweaver/Golem Protector bug triggers on your own turn.

Do you happen to remember which hero class and talents you were using? Maybe there are situations where the bug also works the other way around, by the AI triggering it against your team.

Ooh. That’s a good point. I have my team code, I don’t think I changed any talents since that battle. But even if I did, Elementalist doesn’t have any of the summoning traits/talents, tho.

That would make sense too, Queen Xochi’s third trait is triggered on the player’s (in this case - AI’s) turn on 4/5-gem matches, so, AI takes a match-4, then failed summoning, then board locks…? Same logic, just on AI’s turn, not on player’s turn…?
