Also, got an update that the fix for the reward claim button not working in the grace period did not make it into 8.9 and will be in 9.0. This means unfortunately next Guild Wars, the same button issue will occur. Once I know more about why the mail isn’t going out, I can find out what the situation is with a fix for that,.

Just a reminder for this weekend coming..

The issue where the collect button is unresponsive after the final Guild Wars day, during the grace period, will still be an issue, but the issue where the rewards are not mailed out after the grace period ends should now be resolved.

Please hold off sharing any new reports till AFTER the grace period, if you have not receieved your end of Guild Wars rewards.

Still happening. We won the last day. Rewards should have been In the mail. They haven’t. Rewards can’t be claimed within the GWs tab either as “No Guild Wars event is scheduled”.

The grace period has not ended, so after that the rewards missing should be mailed out
That being said, I am chasing it up to check as well as the missing GW scheduled situation

Currently, no need for further reports or tickets.

Currently waiting for some data to go out that would have a next Guild Wars scheduled in, to see if that allows everyone to go and access their Guild Wars menus again to claim their rewards as it’s within the grace period still.

Once the grace period ends, as mentioned any unclaimed rewards are automatically mailed out.

After the grace period ends and if players are still missing their mailed out rewards, then I’ll get back into it

Once I get word on a next GW being scheduled in, i’ll post again so people know to check they can claim those rewards.

@Jeto that is not right i been collecting my rewards for final day (except this last gw ) by going into gw area and collecting them b/c now nothing is scheduled i cant

I was able to collect them now.

The rewards are available to collect during the grace period, after GW attach phase ends, that’s correct and what I was saying
The rewards being mailed out only happen after the grace period ends.
