I’ve been playing in arena and have noticed, several times, that enchant wears off before it should. It’ll last a couple of turns, then be removed without the troop having cast its spell.
I’m playing on Steam and my invite code is AMOS_ZAWK.
If you can share a video, that would be the most helpful!
Could an opponent be dispelling or cursing you?
Best to post a screenshot showing opponent troops, and someone in the community may be able to point out why.

That’s probably what happened. I guess I just forgot about those things, lol.

This happened in explore. The enemy team’s Grave Seer enchanted an ally, but the enchant wears off after a few turns.

Hmm Queen Ysabelle trait triggers which is what clears the Enchant.. I’ll follow it up with the team
@Bizkit what is your invite cod and what hero class are you playing? Also, do you have the Astral Spire capstone to dispel enemy abilities?

I’m playing with the warlord class and don’t have that capstone.

sorry i totally missed it!
Watching it back in slow mo, the only thing that popped up was Queen Ysabelle’s trait, but that also popped up on previous turns and enchant didn’t vanish.
Jeto, does the capstone cause a similar display when it triggers? Does the name pop up on your hero or the first troop or something? Just so we can be sure it isn’t somehow triggering without being unlocked? I assume we’d see other issues, but something worth confirming.
Also, Bizkit, have you seen it happen on other teams? Just to rule out any set troop. If we know Queen Ysabelle is on the team every time, that’s helpful. If she’s not on a team and enchant vanishes, that suggests she’s not the cause.
I also noticed it wasn’t to do with Ysabelle’s trait as it didn’t cause an issue the previous two rounds.
I wonder if Bizkit has unlocked any Astral Spire perks (such as the battle hex (curse chance) in the purple/bat astral tree or the Expel Blessings (dispel chance) in the yellow/dove tree.)

Astral Spire currently has no visuals when they trigger, which is something we are working on in future

do you happen to know if traits trigger before or after the astral spire effect?
Thanks for the info, glad this is something that’s being worked on. It’s really helpful to be able to see when stuff is triggering, both as a player and for you guys to be able to pinpoint bugs.

Yes, I’ve seen it on several teams, but I don’t remember who exactly were on the teams when this happened.
I’ve only unlocked perks on the blue tree, and they’re for armor and magic.

If capstones are triggering without being unlocked, as reported in it’s own thread, that would explain this thread.
Only partly because, as you know very well, gimmick spire is not even supposed to be active in Arena, so it would suggest that
one, it works when it shouldn’t and
two, it works where it should’t.
No one here has mentioned area since the first post, if that is still occurring in arena
