[Reported] Dark Tower of Doom gave Ice Forge Scrolls?

Not sure if this a bug or not but why did the Tower of Doom Headstart give 7 Ice Forge Scrolls when this is a Dark Forge event?

First time ever I purchased a Headstart which is why I am not sure how it is supposed to work.

I captured what I got, and it was 7 Ice Forge Scrolls that I received instead of Darkness!
