Someone clearly peed on my screen in Troop View.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Just found it out today.
If you wanna make it happen, check a troop.

It looks fine on Android.
Is it just your machine or a general PS4 thing?
Go to graphics settings and change Blur Quality. This should fix it.
