Queen Mab and her spell

My queen Mab card states that I get an extra turn when I activate her spell with 10 or more blue gems on the board. It activates only at 13 though? Does anyone alse have the same problem?

I remember I read 13 on her card a while ago but I thought that was due to a debuff?

The extra turn should be at 13 blue.

Then I have a faulty card lol. A shame this isn’t Magic the Gathering!
