What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
tried to purchase the flash offer for the weapon Ragereaver today, purchase went thru (I was charged for it) but I received an error msg saying that there was a problem w. the purchase. It was correct, I didn’t receive the axe. However, I did restart the game just to be sure and a vault key that I thought I purchased on the weekend did show up after the restart. Weird. Anyway, I reported it to Apple and they re-directed it to you.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
- from the looks of it, it has happened twice now. Started on the Vault weekend. And soon after I did an iOS update. Probably not a coincidence.
Steps to make it happen again
- I’m sorry, but I can’t afford to try again for purchasing anything else.
