Problem accessing Error 16

goodmorning! i have a problem accessing the game it says error 16, i tried to disconnect the internet and restart the pc 3 times, i uninstalled steam and reinstalled, i tried uninstalling gems of war 2 times and it still gives me this problem, while if i use the my second pc doesn’t have this problem, what can i do??

and i don’t know why the lenguage is spanish if i’m italian

Hi Falcon86,

Since you already reinstalled the game, you can try to delete this game folder or check free space as shown in this link.
Otherwise I think you have to send a ticket to support, as per instructions.
