Only to replace non-event kingdom troops from event chests:

Commons and Rares will begin to appear in Event chests. (These appear as multiples).

There is NO CHANGE to draw rates for Epics/Legendaries/Mythics from Event keys

Pretty great idea IMO and one that people have been asking for for a long time
