No. When it comes to this issue. It’s never anything on my end… Ever.
Last night a tribute alert wasn’t pushed out to my phone. (Can’t remember when but it was definitely prior to weekly reset.)
Today (9/23/19) at 12:33 pm CST and 1:34 pm CST a tribute alert was not pushed out as well.
