No Tribute Alert!

Tried “Turning it off and back on again” [Screenshot_20190819-200624] [Screenshot_20190819-200637] Tribute alerts aren’t appearing. [Screenshot_20190819-200701] 10 minutes ago I should of received a tribute Notification. I did not receive one. Central Time Zone.
