(Not a bug) Pet team reverting to prior version

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Pet team reverts back to my original team at the start of each new pet event.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Each pet event. Only been playing about two weeks and has always happened as far as I know.

Steps to make it happen again
Change pet team, participate in event. Next event team has reverted to a previous version. Have tried renaming the team and that will stick for an event or two, but the next one, per team name is back to original and team has reverted as well.

At this stage Pet Rescue teams are tied to the Pet colour, so essentially there’s 6 teams that can be saved, whichever team you had set for the colour Pet you’re rescuing is the team which will pop up, which is why some may look old.

Are there plans to change this, do you know? Soz if previously answered.

Why do you need to change it? It’s very cool feature that allows you to use Gob-Chompers team for brown pets and your strongest/fastest pet rescue team for other pets.
