Thank you. I’d appreciate updates, even if they aren’t what I want to hear, it beats not knowing a dang thing about the status of this huge fiasco.

I spent my stars today, lots of them, earned since update. I hope they aren’t lost. I knew that the 3k gems that were in my mailbox today were fishy, no way I was gonna touch them. Then I go to work and come home 9 hours later and GOW has gone to hell in a gem bag.

I sure hope it can be fixed soon.

If they really erase every player’s progress for the whole day just to get back the gems they gave, I’m going to protest them by not playing for a week or more.
If everyone in here and discord community do the same thing, it could be a proper protest.

At least 2 players in my guild got over 100,000 gems. With everyone logging into the game at all different times, and sounds like the issue escalated throughout the day on all platforms, it would be nice if they could figure out how to take those back and leave everything else alone.

This rollback may sting (among others) for those players who pulled the mythic / dragon egg they were looking for within that time.. hopefully those lucky pulls can be manually reinstated through a ticket or something.

Problem is, so many stupidly spent the gems. Or sent them to friends etc, etc. Can’t take back what isn’t there, so now we get this BS

They own 505.

If you want to complain, email the company that owns 505. Go to the big dog.
Im sure they wont know , what customers are having to put up with.

Ps . If this gets removed. It shows there worried.

Event rewards for all guilds.

It’s one thing to take the resources back, it’s another to track and undo all the purchases made with those resources. I’m sure it’s doable but we know this game is running on a skeleton crew. This rollback is probably already going to strain them.

RE: Complaining to Digital Bros, I wouldn’t expect any changes. If Digital Bros or 505 Games cared, they would be paying more devs to work on this game. They reap what they sow.

Good luck. I complained to them 7 years ago about something. They told me they couldn’t help and directed me to the GoW Discord and forums (here).

Also, that’s extreme. They’re not going to take that seriously.

Its ok , ino how stuff works.

You start with emsil, then follow up with signed for delivered real mail to head office.

You always get the P.A. trying to fob you off 1st.
