If Underspire progress is erased, you can’t just redo it since there is a limit to daily torches. You can’t rebuy yesterday’s torches.
What if you was of work today. 6 hours on pvp.
But tomorrow in work.
They could make an exception for that…but don’t hold your breath.
Does anyone know if the rollback affects progress in modes unrelated to the library? I’m concerned based on reading this thread that I cannot play this game at all or I will lose anything gained in the process until the rollback period has officially wrapped up.
This is honestly one of the worst things I’ve read and the devs have messed up a lot. I consider this to be the worst, because it doesn’t encourage any game-play during this period since all progress will just be lost.
I’m curious if I’m misunderstanding. How am I supposed to contribute to my guild if those contributions will just be rolled back? Sure, I can wait until the rollback is finished, but plenty of players have already spent Tower of Doom sigils mapping floors today.
I would not blame any player for deciding to quit over this. Communication is not clear on what progress will be lost so the assumption is easily made that this is all progress (it could also be the right assumption). This, of course, affects some players more than others, but if it’s unrelated to the library, it doesn’t feel right to rollback that progress.
I’d add two zeros to the 50 if a whole day’s playtime is reset. It’s Friday, and many players play more then than during the week. And of course, disappointment is also a factor.
Only 5000 for 6 hours on pvp.

Well, it’s not your decision, and it’s not mine either.
We’ll have to wait and see - and maybe use the time to look for another game, that’s up to anyone.
I would imagine it’s like rolling back a PC to a restore point, i.e. everything in that time period might as well have never happened. (and we have no way of backing anything up either, of course) That’s why this is far, FAR worse than the shiny key error that happened not too long ago. This affects people in SO many ways!

[UPDATE #1] We’ve taken the game offline during our rollback maintenance. This should take a few hours to complete.
I’ll update this thread once I get some more info from the team.
