Thank you I have found it but it is locked. It shows I have to pay 50 gems to access it? Weird as I am Level 1 285 in the game so this should not be locked?
No, that is a reward.
Click on it and find the pop-up.
Do you have a button to collect rewards?
The locked side is the paid pass but those are also rewards.

Thank you for all the help Sylverscale. However if I click on the gem icon next to Arena there is no button to collect rewards. This is what shows:
It just gives a definition of gems. I also cannot go to the arena.
I do get the Let’s Go Button but if I click on it I just get kicked out and back to the main screen.
I’ll just have to wait until they fix the bug. Thanks for compensation in advance - some diamonds, dragonite or even gold will be nice.

Accessible so far:
- class trial (via news/events)
- dungeon and soulforge (via adventurer’s path)
(Probably) Not accessible: Arena, Treasure Hunt

I can access Dungeons and Adventure Board via Hero’s Path, but clicking Let’s Go for anything else just takes me back to the main screen (the Kingdom map).

Yeah I just sadly figured out that arena doesn’t work. My bad, I assumed it would because if two things work, why not all.
But if it does again at some point, try to use that menu to do Arena und you may get those gems (but first they need to fix stuff).

Agree Steam not working, but mobile is fixed.

Okay update on fix,
Looks like triggering a pet rescue may be the ticket as those who have it fixed have an active pet rescue
Another said completing Legends Reborn was a fix but they also have a PR

I already completed LR. Since PRs are in the Game menu, if you dismiss a PR are you just screwed?
