Is Wisterina in Event Chests? If not, Bug Report

We have made any post stating she was added to the chests.

The official announcement from back when holiday events were introduced says she should have been in chests after a month:

• The New Legendary Troop will go into chests 4-5 weeks after the Holiday Event ends.
