Describe your issue:
I purchase things in game - and for the last 6+ purchases my VIP total says 1045 but it should be a lot more - and it appears that it may be correct by the Progress circle. But I don’t know exactly how much left I have to get to VIP Level 11 because the number is stalled at 1045.
Here’s ones I know I have purchased while being at VIP Level 10
so while there could be a technical error and a before/after set of pictures if your next purchase is probably the best way to prove the case..
just a reminder that a full 1,500 pts is needed to go from vip 10 to vip 11 and things like the Star Stone Bundles give 25 pts each for $5 and the Elite Campaign Pass gives 50 pts for $10. It’s a bit of a slow process, to the point where it really does feel like it might be stalled.
Thank you for the suggestion - but that didn’t help. Because this time the number counter went up by the amount I purchased.
And I was at level 10 when I purchased the Elite Campaign pass yesterday. Which is 50 points and I was at level 10 - so 1045 doesn’t make sense
I haven’t checked tickets yet this morning, so if you have already sent one, I’ll reply there with the same info or close it out.
I can only see your total VIP in your account logs, the view you can see in game - as Idle mentioned - only shows you how much VIP you need to reach the next level.
I can in the past 24 hours, you got 50 VIP for your Elite Pass purchase and then later 25 for your Star Stone bundle.
Which to me just seems like a visual issue in-game if the amount of VIP you have is slow or not updating.
I need to get an updated spreadsheet for the VIP article, but you have a total of 5,020 VIP points currently.
Thank you @Jeto very much. I am not sure - but would like to know if there is a way to find out the last time I went up a VIP level (specifically from 9 to 10) because something isn’t adding up in either direction…
If it was more than a couple of weeks ago, it’s not something I can check in your logs.
Also, you have just mentioned that the circle isn’t moving? Even though the total number displayed did go up from 1,045 > 1,070
Because the increase was so small, I am not super surprised if the ring didn’t appear to move.
This visual is also not something I would worry about, as it is just a visual, and you can see your VIP amount increasing, as I confirmed in your logs.
No actually I was complaining about the number not moving for week+(It has been at 1045 for over a week possible 2 weeks) but the ring was moving..and did even more two days ago.
Don’t know why this time the number moved to 1070. I should have taken a picture of before when I bought the Campaign pass because that is a 50 point and I know for a fact I’ve been at Level 10 for at least 1/2 month if not more.
The ring is clearly more than 1070 in points (when 1500 is the top) but your number you gave me for total doesn’t jive either . Anyway I can see that you’re swamped because you transposed my complain.
Not much really I have a choice in either other than keep an eye on it.
The next time you make a purchase, if that VIP number doesn’t go up again, submit a ticket. So, then I can share more specific information about your account.
I can see all your real money purchases in the path 30 days and all do include VIP points and your VIP total increasing though.
