If you missed out on some towers, don’t worry! It looks like we will be able to automatically add missed towers back into your total. Unfortunately, as it’s late on Christmas Eve here, we’re not able to do that now, but we will investigate what needs to be done on Thursday when some of the team are back in the office

If the fix goes out and you’re still missing towers, then Support is the right move.
