What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Fighting the legendary Deeds adventure this morning. Killed the last infernal king, he respawned in top spot, killed him and he respawned again twice making two of them.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Unsure, don’t think it ever happened to me before but I did not search the forums for a previous report of this.

No idea other then to just kill Infernal King
