Incorrect Guild Member Count is preventing my guild from recruiting new member

I have already submitted a ticket request (21025) for this, but it’s been over 24 hours and no response yet, so I figure I’d give a holler here as well.

Basically, like the title says, my guild’s (Celestial Peak) member count is showing 30 members, even tho the actual amount in the roster is only 29. What’s worse, because my guild is considered “full,” I cannot recruit new member to fill that last spot.

Is this basically a common bug? The same thing happened earlier this week. I submitted a ticket for that too, which was handled fairly fast. It seems like every time I’m clearing the roster for Inactivities, my guild count isn’t making the appropriate display change.

Open a support ticket and they will fix it for you.

Common, not really, but not super rare either.

Already did, like i said, it’s been over 24 hours.

That’s what I get for reading the forums before being fully awake.

It took us around 4 days for them to fix it. It happened to us twice, both occurred more than a year ago. We were capped at 28 members at one point because of it.

I do think support is faster now than back then, and they are probably working through the holiday backlog of tickets.
