I’ve been playing this game for 3–4 years, and I’ve collected almost every troop and nearly every weapon in the game. I also have around 8,000 pet levels. It was pretty close to 100% completion .
I buy every Gold Mark mythic troop each season, so I haven’t traded many Books of Deeds. I’ve also used every book as soon as I got it because my goal is to reach 100% completion. The books will always going to be consumed sooner or later.
As you can see, the recent patch has been a catastrophe for me. I received almost nothing from the conversion because I didn’t hoard resources. All my kingdoms are only around level 45 some are 50, while my guild members, who have played for just as long as I have, are already around level 60 and more. Only because they hoard resources. After I finished the weekly double gold hour in PvP, the fights definitely became harder for me. Most players seem to have benefited from the update and gained higher stats.
But the biggest issue is that I realized I no longer need any rewards after this patch. I don’t need gold because I already own all the troops. I don’t need Gold Marks because they feel worthless now. Crystals seem to only be obtainable from weekly missions, so it feels like I’m no longer rewarded with anything valuable for actually playing the game. As for the completion goal, ‘infinite’ feels like it needs a little more time.
