While we do have a fix coming in the next update, we’ve posted some steps that should help with saving the teams till then:

EDIT: We have a fix coming for this in the next update. However in the meantime here is a workaround that should help with saving teams. (Thanks to those who have posted their workarounds as well!)

From GW Defense Tab, choose a day and hit the edit team button for it.

Change team, by clicking/tapping on the banner, to any other team (it doesn’t matter which one).

Back out to the Defense Tab and change teams (via the banner) to your desired defense team.

Return to World Map. You should get a loading wheel as you leave the defense tab to confirm it’s worked.
