Just a minor correction for a typo:
Iām currently at level 162 and it would be unrealistic to expect to get so much gold in less than 37 levels, i would need 10,4K of gold just to get at each level just to put all my 17 kingdoms (5 are already at level 10) at level 8 before level 200ā¦

When Glacial Peeks comes out Iāll need another
122,500 gold to reach it to level 10
All in all after 2.0 goes live Iāll need 1,486,500 gold to have every kingdom level 10 and Iām level 311ā¦

The kingdom leveling cost is as follows:
Level 02- 00500 Gold
Level 03- 01000 Gold
Level 04- 02000 Gold
Level 05- 04000 Gold
Level 06- 08000 Gold
Level 07- 15000 Gold
Level 08- 22000 Gold
Level 09- 30000 Gold
Level 10- 40000 Gold
It cost 115,000 Gold to go from level 5 to 10 for one kingdom (8,000+15,000+22,000+30,000+40,000)
115,000 x 21 (level 5 kingdoms)= 2,415,000 Gold
2,415,000 + 40,000 Gold (for the level 9 kingdom)=
2,455,000 Gold you need to have every kingdom level 10
2,455,000 + 122,500 Gold (for the new kingdom) =
2,577,500 Gold after 2.0 hits

I started in January and finished mine up a month ago. But, I play the game way too much. Iām kind of upset that I only learned about the game after it came out to consoles. I play primarily on mobile, and played puzzle quest 1 and 2 back in the day. Iām level 300, but I wouldāve started back in 2014 had I known about the game. Iām trying to catch up to all the cool kids with their maxed mythic teams.

I think when I did the math I was averaging about a week to take a Kingdom for 4 to 10. I picked up the pace as I got closer to the finish line though and knocked out a couple per week the last couple of weeks.
I leveled all my kingdoms to 5 then took it from there, brought the magic kingdoms to 10 first, followed by the attack kingdoms then Whitehelm (for gloryās sake). Now Iām Averaging 1 kingdom every other week (I donate way too much every other week to get a kingdom too)

How many PvP games did you play to get so much gold?
Or did you farm maps?

I have all my kingdoms at level 5 at least and 1 at 10. It takes 115K to level up from 5 to 10. After subtracting my daily gold bonuses and regular daily kingdom income, I need to make 13K a day to level a kingdom to 10 in a week. Using dragon armor, I play a couple of arenas and play around 8 to 10 PVP matches (give or take) to get that amount. So, it isnāt too bad.

2,200 battles?
Iād guess I averaged about 1k/battle over the long run. Once I got out of early game and had dragon armor and was playing on hard, I was only attacking people with 400+ gold, which translates to about 1k. At the end, after I hit 200, I was only attacking people with 600+ if they were super easy or otherwise 800+, so I was pulling in 2k-4k per battle but with longer battles and more time/cost between for skipping.
Then thereās the fact that you get gold from tributes, keys, daily and weekly rewards, etc. Itās usually in small amounts but Iāve been at it for months so they add up. Thatās at least another 3k/day (or 3 battles per day), which saves you several hundred battles in the long run.
So you figure itās 122.5 battles per kingdom times 22 kingdoms equals about 2,700 battles. Minus the 21 battles per week from passive gold gains and over the course of roughly 22 weeks (since I was averaging one new kingdom unlocked per week) equals nearly 500 less battles. And thus 2700-500=2200.
Thatās obviously back-of-the-napkin math, but itās a decent ballpark. I think itās probably a conservative estimate since I wasnāt averaging 100 trophies per week, and the passive gains doesnāt account for tributes, which really start to add up as you get closer to the end. But Iād assume itās at least 1,700 battles or so.
1 battle = 10 maps = 5k to 10k in gold.
PvP is definitely the more efficient source for Gold. You can easily average 1k/battle and for a couple minutes of play. Maps take much longer to play for that same level of average reward. Maps are great for Glory, good for general Traitstone grinding, and okay for souls.

Iām not savvy in math, but where is the āTā Time variable? Arguably the most important value when it comes to playing the game efficiently. There are so many threads wanting to buy legendaries outright instead of putting the time in necessary to get them. In the time it takes to do 10 maps, I could pay $38,000 for a gem task.
