Some kinda list showing the whole guild roster and who are already in buildings and who are not would be nice.. I do have paper and a pencil but… Hopefully there will be a lot more info about the stats of other guildies in the future too, I loved the old gw for that..
Atm you can’t even know if a player plays his battles or not
This absolutely needs to change in the future imo
The only way to know the performance of the players is to rely on their willingness to collect screenshots
100% agree. We need a way to see each player’s win/loss stats and most importantly we need to see our defense win/loss so we know if they are effective.
@Jeto Can you pretty please pass this feedback to future improvements? Thank you!
Already noted as feedback in the Guild Wars Reforged post:
Here are a few examples of some features we already have slated for upcoming updates, based on testing and feedback during the beta.
Guild UI & Guild Scoring
Currently, there isn’t a good way to view all of your Guildmate’s scores. This is always something we wanted to do, but it became apparent during the beta that what we had planned wasn’t nearly enough for all the data-junkies out there! (Hey – we get it – we’re data-junkies too)
Wasn’t removed since this is a different product entirely. It just has not been added to the build yet. I get the frustration, especially for those of us used to the old way. Personally, I like this approach. There are many players new to GW who are learning it for the first time and there’s no pressure about individuals scores being posted. That will come, and when it does, they will be better, more experienced players by that time. Then they can work on improving defense teams. It is a lot all at once.
@Jeto - I’ve been posting all the updates and questions you’ve answered here to our guild family. I was asked to share our THANKS TO YOU for the excellent communication around this launch. It made the whole process much easier for us. Kudos, and hope you get to enjoy some relaxing time over the weekend. Cheers.
Yeah totally agree and understand - hopefully we get tnere sooner rather than later. I’m DYING to know how my defense team did.
Please excuse me if this has already been answered, is there point deduction for using two of the same troops in attack?
No. You can use duplicates.
Just in case you are not aware, Stun disables medals, so Orpheus medals aren’t really that useful against Elementalist.
I didn’t realize! Good advice!
IIRC only when hero is stunned? And elementalist is immune to stun? I could be wrong
It’s not tied to the hero, it’s for each troop individually. However, the point was about switching to Orpheus medals when going up against Elementalist, the medals won’t help to get out of stun (and any other additional effects, they all get handled as one for the purpose of expiring) faster.
Ok but still useful to get out of snap freeze
Snap freeze is honestly why I equip them. If there’s a 4 match and you’re frozen, it just cascades into more problems.
I know that stun disables all medals, but I just like to play it extra safe. When I don’t equip Orpheus medals, snap freeze makes me regret it. And then when I need more damage, I equip nysha medals, only to have a 4 match on the board with the troop that is frozen.
The rng daemon comes out at guild wars, and I have lost that battle more than once and don’t dance with the devil.![]()
Ah yes. The snap freeze that lasts 5 turns…
Hello everyone,
I particularly loved this new Guild Wars. I was sick of the old one, where you knew from the start whether you were going to win or lose with the Empowered!
This one was perfect, no medals, so we were starting from zero!
But I do regret one small thing: before the war started, I went back to the ADMIN box several times; you can’t see the cursor on it, so I checked and unchecked participation in the Guild Wars several times. What’s more, I had changed the color of the Palace, which was annoying, because the defenses were based on that color. Luckily, someone in the guild noticed. Otherwise, I would have ruined a guild’s work, and that wouldn’t have been cool for them!
So, if you could do something, so that it’s only the Leader or someone the Leader has chosen?
Thanks ![]()
Reposting as there was no reply. Maybe I put it in the wrong place…
Sorry if this has been asked or answered elsewhere, but I couldn’t find it.
On a given battle day, while Guild A fights in Guild B’s keep - and at the same time - Guild B fights in Guild A’s keep?
Or can it get very lopsided with (medium) A fights (strong) B - while (strong) B is fighting (weak) C ? Thus letting B get a massive point advantage.
What’s the question, the specific guild matchup for each day?
Regardless, points are earned per player so whenever there’s a disparity in Guild size/participation, the points advantage ALWAYS goes to the larger Guild, and this has never changed.
Hello @Sagacity42 - good question!
To answer your question, Guild A fights Guild B and Guild B fights Guild A on the same day. The score you see is the actual score from the Guild B if you are in Guild A.
Hope that helps,
Cara
