Just my opinion, not having been able to see score through the first guild wars promoted communication, coordination and team work. I think it was great, great rewards too!
If that player left the Guild, then you will face someone else.
Or, if this was around when we released a fix for playing against an empty defense team, it might have paired you with someone else.
You should always face the same person if you close and reopen, unless they left the Guild.
As mentioned, please share bug reports in their own thread - but for now, this is a known issue the team is aware of but we plan to have resolved for the next event.
I was just referencing times when I have players in my pvp league who play nonstop, all the time or people that only play maybe 100 battles a week. Itâs completely unbalanced, and I donât know how they determine how we are placed.
Guild wars feels very much the same. Either youâre trying to compete with a try hard guild who talks about everything and plays perfect or you are up against a guild with just CPUs and get easy wins.
I probably shouldnât have compared pvp leagues to guild wars, but the imbalance just doesnât feel like itâs being properly adjusted. Maybe it can be fixed with time, but I donât know how long itâs going to take.
I had no way of knowing if this was a bug or a design choice, so apologies if that comment seems misplaced. Either way, the point of my post is voicing feedback that my guild and I are very, very unimpressed.
Not a problem at all!
The main lesson we get with this GW - we need an inguild info
Leaderbords to make a competition, or see who is that guy knocking at a gate
Some win/lose rate at a defence
Info about defence itself - who set what defence
Maybe some visual tweaks - as i understand - a lot of guilds did not understand how to change a keep color
Which has already been mentioned as something we are working on in future for GW and Guilds.
Yep, i just want to confirm my first impression stays the same and get stronger)
@Jeto
Thanks for continuously answering on all fronts with a positive attitude towards communication: maybe you could also âlikeâ comments that you have taken note of but donât require a response, so we donât need to wonder whether they got lost in the pile?
I have been here an there when I have a moment, but also I am swamped so Iâm not always also reacting to posts.
I have not yet gone through this thread from over the weekend, as you can all probs see, I am running between bug report threads to pass them onto the team, as well as my other responsibilities.
Feedback:
Even though I kinda like the rewards and being able to pick a path, everything else looks like a beta at best. Probably no dev ever played the new GWs or even the game in years. Cause thereâs no way so many bugs, design flaws or even plain stupid errors on any level can be explained.
Suggestion:
Pull the plug.
At least on hated or unfinished game modes like Arena, PvP, Guild Wars or Journey and start fixing the rest until the game is fully functional again âŚ
You need to change the map design as moving from one battle to the next is not intuitive and causes issues with selecting.
The map may show the next battle as being above but due to the orientation itâs actually left.
All in all I enjoyed the GW experience didnt have a lot of time this week so i cant really critique the new incarnation of the event too critically, but it still had the same feel and difficulty i sort of enjoyed the new region restriction , but felt like this should of only implemented on the final or last few battles battle to add to the difficulty also would add to building the GW tension, also i should imagine ânewer guildsâ that dont have all the mythics will be more prone to opting out of the wars entirely . Also some obvious things that have been lost from GW like the chart to see guild members battle\point tally for tactical assessment and more critically bragging rights. Also the fact you couldnt see the restrictions for each battle before setting on your chosen path was grinding my gears a little , but that said all in all the event was a âpleasantâ experience look forward to see what changes for next time. Love and peace STUB47.
Yep, this need to be added to duildingâs text
We canât collect the reward for winning yesterdayâs GW day as there is no active GW runningâŚis the reward coming in our mailbox?
In conclusion, an enjoyable event with good rewards, but not once did the result screen give the correct opposing guild. We also fought the same guild twice. As guild leader, I would also want to have more feedback on who did what.
Rewards are in the mail Pim.
Stub and Nagflar, there are images of all keeps in the original gw post.
Not yet for me. But some of my guild mates got it. Iâll be patient and if they donât come, will raise a ticket
