@Shiratori
That’s exactly how I feel. Not sure how much longer I will be around.
I don’t know if I necessarily agree with that. There are viable strategies that “good players” can use that deliberately sacrifice a troop or allow one to be killed. Just because the old system overemphasized the importance of ending the battle with 4 troops doesn’t mean that the new system should do the same.
For example, if I used a Black Beast to intentionally devour a bunch of my own troops to make an unstoppable juggernaut with 10 times the starting stats of my starting lineup, that isn’t the same as just barely surviving with my last troop.
Since @Dan_ozzzy189 doesn’t want to answer i invite everyone to see for themselves…
Scroll to 53:30 and listen to what @Tacet says and tell me if it was represented accurately
Meanwhile, original post got ninja-edited… I wonder if it changed in the game as well.
That’s because he is sleeping.
U talking to me @death?
Yeah mate, pretty sure he be sleeping.
Can you clarify what got edited? I don’t have a photographic memory, and it looks like the last edit was about 5 hours ago, when Sirrian should be sleeping.
Edit: Is it that the efficiency formulas now say “Min” instead of “max”?
He posted 20 minutes ago brudda and i responded 4 minutes later
Sorry bro, I just woke up. I skimmed through the thread lol.
My bad.
Its all good brudda
Min instead of Max in efficiency formula.
I saw that while you were typing. I guess my memory is better than I realized.
The bigger question is: was that just a typo in the forum post, or was it also in the server code?
That my friend os a question for @Sirrian
My guess is the server code too cause how else could 0 mana gaining opponents cause the score to be lower than when they had a turn and got a little
Fair enough. Hopefully the fix came soon enough that the effect doesn’t significantly alter any guild’s results for the week. In any case, someone was up well past their bedtime working on this.
What a shame. Was going to try an infinite war sphinx loop tomorrow since we don’t have wisp.
I think the bigger question is why was it done ninja style rather than with a proper post saying “whoops”. Are we supposed to be constantly re-reading dev posts now in case they change them on us? Lack of transparency is one thing, providing false information and then sneaking in changes is another. I’m stunned…
I want to know what “Great” player pissed in @Sirrian morning coffee.
So why make insta kills useless for attack?
