What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I thought it would be like the picture in the armor preview, where the character has a helmet, yet still has hair. Instead, my character goes suddenly, and unappealing bald.
Any way we can fix this?
Same request here @Sirrian Can you just make the customizing option that you can leave the hair on the Avatar? You already have the no hair option, the hat / helmet can be just an add on or you can remove the hair for that under the cap look. Please adjust the options so you can leave the hair on the avatar and have the top piece on too.
The new avatar hairstyles are are actually larger and have more variety than before so they don’t all work with the existing helmets. Because of that, we made the decision to have the hair disappear while wearing hat/helms.
We may look at improvements in the future but I can’t promise anything.
