Seriously are you trolling now? Accepting the gift once is fine as it is a gift but doing it 100+ times is not the same as accepting it once.

I accept gifts no more than they gave me.
But you accepted the same gift 100+ times. The devs do not send the same gift 100+ times it was obviously a mistake that you took advantage of.

For the system and for taking it. But thatâs no excuse for banning ppl. This is the problem with this crazy world we live in. The leaders dont take responsibility for they action. where is the rule against opening mail . that was sent there was no trickery to it just opening mail.
I had some amount of diamonds. I took some diamonds and spent them. Then I saw how they were sent to me every time along with other letters. I thought that this was probably some kind of a holiday, and it was necessary to carry out some achievements so that the diamonds would be sent again. I got them and spent. At some stage, I realized that it was not necessary to perform any feats, gifts still continued to come. I kept spending them. At some point, I began to think that there was something wrong. But by this time a lot of diamonds were received and spent. And here for me there were two ways. The first is if it was conceived by the developers, and then you need to take as much as possible. The second is possibly a program error. But since much has already been accepted and much has been spent, then I either would have received a ban, or all transactions had been canceled, or I had acquired some benefits. When I repeatedly rubbed the operation and realized that the letters did not stop walking, there was no choice.

1000 gems or 1000 mail items? Considering that each mail only contained 10 gems, that sounds like an awful lot of trips to the inbox in any case.
So, assuming that the numbers above are correct, which I have no means or interest to verify, you want to take the âcontact supportâ approach. Open a ticket, explain that you had enough gems prior to the incident to buy the armor, that you bought nothing other than the armor, and that all the gems you obtained by mail are still around to be removed. I donât see any reason why they wouldnât lift the automated ban in this specific situation.

Developers have statistical tools that show all the data for any account, including activity logs.
I find it funny that this guy thought that he will somehow be missed or overlooked.

Thank you. I have already submitted a ticket. 1,000 gems to clarify. In a space of 3-5 hours that would average out to mail at least twice in an hour. I had read the original mail so my thought was that the letters were just further information about the patch, maybe release notes. etc.
None of it is important at this point. I posted earlier that whatever they decide - itâs fair. Their company, their decision. I can spend my money elsewhere either playing another game or activity. Itâs fair.
Exactly. We are in the territory of the developers. You can not deceive the developers so that they do not see it. Everyone understands this. People are developers and they make mistakes. But it is necessary not to break the hands of the players, but to correct the mistakes.
if I was going to loose the 1400 gems I had when it started might as well go big make it worth it I think I should get 700 gems and an irb of power for winning the event I got nothing really game changing out of it I was already at the end of the game anyway I only got 1 actually good mythic it was not cheating all I did was open the mail they sent I had no control over how many times they sent it but seriously I want my 700 gems and orb of power
what stink is that look like the ban is 1 week only? and after that week they KEEP everything they got.
Sadly i logged on too late, but if i can request, can i get 1 week ban for 50k gems pls (yes am not that greedy, dont want 70k)?
Those ppls are lucky i am not the devs lol, they would have been permabanned.

Doing the math it actually appears to be 300 minutes / 100 mail, so one mail every couple of minutes, which possibly warrants a raised eyebrow.
