Did anyone actually watch yesterday’s stream? Have a recap of what was actually said about 4.7? Lots of rumors flying around that are unsubstantiated by the post Salty made about the change to Red Epic tasks…like;
The new guild guardians will individually stop dropping when each has reached mythic + 4 copies??
The new guild seal cap will be 2000??
Honestly don’t have the time to sit and watch someone stall for an hour waiting for more people to show up for codes that aren’t offered to me, nor the desire to support stream statistics for this game right now.

She did confirm on the forum last night that if you have the current guild guardians all mythic with 4 copies, they won’t be dropping once the new ones are added.
I don’t remember her confirming that number verbally on stream. She did state that the guild seal cap will be raised however.
Was there confirmation that the new guardians are dropping when 4.7 is released? If so, players may want to burn through seals now and not open more guild chests until they can major blue the guardians to mythic.
When 4.6 released, for a few days, guild chests were dropping guardians on everyone who had them all at mythic with 4 copies. When this was addressed, salty made a post saying something from 4.7 slipped in, causing that issue. At the same time, spoilers surfaced for the six new cards. It’s putting 2 and 2 together, but it’s definitely coming out to 4.
The bigger question is whether the 6 new guardians and task sets mean 6 new statues and passive bonuses associated with them, or if the new guardians will just contribute to the existing bonuses (and if so, whether the existing bonus values have been extended for additional increases)
That means the update is being pushed out ahead of schedule. In regards to the faction stream…
Maybe she’ll cancel a PQ stream and do the Faction instead.

The post was point towards players still angry over Epic Tasks. Salty has warned that if the stream becomes too hostile because of venting over Epic Tasks, she reserves the right to end the stream early.

4.7 Preview Stream Notes
– Writs
Writs are a new currency used by the player to craft deeds.
Colored Deeds - 100 writs per deed + 100 of the colored jewel
Imperial Deeds - 1000 writs per deeds + 100 diamonds
Writ tasks can appear on the Adventure Board (min level U/R task)
Writs can be earned in the Epic Green Task
Writs are likely to be craftable in a future update.
– Epic Tasks
Epic tasks were a compromise between the players, devs, and publisher.
Epic tasks were designed as a way for players to obtain quantities of newer resources (generally) that have been introduced into the game over the last year.
Normal tasks do NOT needs to be completed before starting Epic Tasks.
There are no plans being considered to boost gold acquisition rates to hasten access back to Legendary Tasks. The level of difficulty to earn access to them is intended and rewards were balanced against current levels of endgame gold income rates.
– Guild Seals
Completing a delve will earn 30 guild seals (replaces Perfect Arena Run task)
Player guild seal cap increased from 1500 → 2000 per week. This will help guilds that are less than full to reach Guild Chest Level 6 weekly.
Clan orbs no longer account against the player’s seal cap for the week. (Clan orbs boost the player’s seal cap when used, so 2000 seals can always be earned for free weekly).
– Guild Shop Rework
Guild Keys have been removed from the shop. Replaced with additional guild gifts.
Guild Elite Package now offers the purchasing player 500 gems and 1 Pet Gnome Bait. $20 USD.
Pet Gnome Bait guarantees a pet gnome to spawn on the next PvP match. Bait is not consumed unless a valid pet rescue is successfully spawned.
Packages can only be purchased once per player, per week.
– Guild Customization Screens
There are new backdrops/shield emblems available for reaching trophy milestones.
Epic Tasks can be selected to be prioritized in for a task order.
– New Guild Guardians
New Epic Tasks bring new Guild Guardians.
New Guild Guardians are Constructs, but are focused on boosting specific races.
New Guild Guardians will NOT be available to be pulled until the start of the next week after the patch launches.
All guild guardians will stop dropping individually as soon as the player reaches Mythic + 4 copies of those guardians. This change is retroactive.
– Guild Wars Changes
Guild Wars official scores for a guild daily are now comprised of the highest 27 player scores achieved daily.
Guild Wars wins and losses are still decided at end of each server day. Players who play their battles late can still affect the total weekly guild score for the week via the top 27 score calculation.
50 Gem per player guild reward bonus (on top of existing rewards) given to guilds who outright win their bracket. (Does not apply to Bracket 1).
If the update arrives during this month’s GW week, these updates will not apply that week.
– Delves
Once players reach at least delve level 60 in a delve, the lowest level delve will always be level 50 regardless of the actual level of the delve.

– Trophies
All game modes will now reward trophies
Daily stuff (dungeons, etc.) give 1 trophy
Guild events (raid boss, etc) are two trophies per match.
Explores are 1-3 trophies ( 2: Difficulty 5+, 3: Difficulty 9+) based on difficulty
chosen.
Challenges are 1-3 trophies ( 2: Tier 5+, 3: Tier 9+) based on difficulty chosen.
Test matches do not yield trophies.
– Misc. / Free-For-All
Explores will not be giving 2 Champion XP per match in 4.7. Ask Nihmain/Sirrian at the next Dev Q/A about it.
Excessive clicks in Explore UI → Devs are okay with the system as-is; unlikely to be changing in the near future. System is being looked at, but may be too difficult logistically to change.
Traitstones will not be removed as Vault rewards.
Spells that strip armor will not trigger reflect any longer.
No current plans to add new troops or increase the appearance rate of troops in the Soulforge.
