I believe so, but I wasn’t going to miss an opportunity to make a bug with that title so now we have 2 bug reports (shhh)
Harpy Flock - this trait is bugged, this happens in Suncrest Explore, the 5% works almost every turn, annoying as hell
And no doubt the sadists will exploit this horrific bug in wars defence. This needs sorted, rapid.
I don’t know exactly how soon it’ll be sorted, but the devs think they’ve fixed the problem for the next update:
