Same issue here, good to know its because of the “release date” and not some other major glitch. Should be easy to fix with a few keystrokes - assuming someone actually cares enough to do so.
Nicely gifted wrapped on the 12th.
Wow really? And why do you do this to everyone? Why couldn’t the campaign just start on 12/12/2022?
Thank you for keeping count. Seems accurate or close enough.
it’s not me that does that, I’m just pointing out why it happens.
@OminousGMan grabbed these reports first thing this morning and the team is looking into it!
Jeto - Support Human
Oh ok thanks.
A repeat issue for something that is purchased. No indication when you buy it that you wont get it on time.
They were “looking into it” last time as well.
What does looking into it mean? Clearly around here it doesn’t mean a fix incoming…
Edit: just saw that update from awhile back. They got ahead because they paid you money. Literally why you sell the pass. You want the money then want people to wait?
Same here, NO weapon in inventory
Update to this!
If you have unlocked this within the Campaign Pass, it is in your inventory but not “visible” so once the fix is released it will pop up in your Weapons tab!
Fix is expected in the next 24 hours.
What a convenient attempt…
“You’ve got the weapon, but you just can’t see it. Oh, and you also can’t use it.”
sparkles sparkles sparkles fireworks ole ole what a wonderful world sparkles sparkles sparkles
Sorry @Jeto this is not enough!
It is also not enough to just try a cover-up in saying “expected to be fixed in the next 24 hours”. Players that paid should be able to expect a bit more here… Some players bought stuff and it wasn’t delivered on the set deal/promise by your company.
Doesn’t have to matter to the players who of your “small team” messed it up, but the company should be able to fiugre it out internally.
So basically the same configuration error as every other campaign. The paid campaign pass has deteriorated to a point where it’s basically guaranteed something is configured incorrectly, each time. And it’s usually mistakes that are trivial to spot and correct by spending just a few minutes to verify the entered data.
Now, I’m sure this isn’t your fault and not something under your control. However, is there any way you could escalate this to whoever is supposed to be running your company? And let us know if there is any action plan to get your company back on track? Players are paying to get access to campaign content early, and the past year or so your company failed to deliver on time over and over again.
gary is able to spot such a “mistake”, and taransworld f.e. also is able to list the “mistake” which the official employees aren’t able to spot.
Surfsquad, this is awful.
If in my job I would generate only 5% of the mistakes your company/employees does my boss would, rightfully so, release me. But then again, if I did generate such an amount of mistakes, I probably couldn’t grasp “my own messing up” and would be under the impression that “I did everything I could!!!1”… I guess we can’t solve this situation.
But I’m glad your company/employees don’t have to handle real life and death situations - everybody just imagine it… And then on a weekend. lol’d
Same here - No Weapon, but I am not surprised.
Icy: If your customers didn’t care and kept coming, no matter how much you screw up in your job, it would not be you, who is at risk, but your collegues at quality control might soon be rationalised out.
Equally, if the product you are working at is seen as low priority and all of management is focussed on the new, shiny, upgraded version, that strangely isn’t popular enough with customers, it won’t matter to your job security either, if you’re doing things good or bad.
A drug dealer, who keeps stretching his stuff with household trash, may not be too well-regarded, but if something finds its way in, that multiplies the addiction factor (and isn’t completely lethal), they’ll have a safe share of people, who just have to keep coming back for more.
Still no fix, imagine if the bug was not being able to buy a season pass…
Funny how the community figuring out the Daily Dungeon “random” algorithm gets shut down in a millisecond after it was cracked over the weekend, but fixing a problem that has happened five times before and the programmers should intimately know how to correct by this point goes unresolved after a full day of reporting … And that’s with @gary_dils serving up on a plate exactly what the problem is.
Once again, the sheer lack of respect for this company’s paying customers is sickening.
When weapons or troops are scheduled to release on dates that are clearly wrong according to physical data. Such as the case here.
Do you still NOT want bugs reported prior to them actually happening? Or…due 100% to your lack of QA can we report bugs prior to planned mistakes being real mistakes?
