Different player name on XB1. We then encountered a bug later when my brother logged in. It froze at the World Map. Daily log in screens could not load. Later on, when he logged in again, his daily rewards appeared in the mail. We wondered if maybe its a server issue again that’s causing the gems to disappear much like the hang he experienced.
Based on @Rickygervais video and my screenshot above, the only thing they have in common are constructs and Khaziel? Some bug in there?
