I guess this issue is gameplay issue for me. Some completed Kingdom tasks are hidden for me. I looked at known issues and Bug reports board and couple ones there:
Some Kingdom task do not trigger until the next time you upgrade one of those troops, open a chest etc.

were not like the issue I see. For example, there are 3 uncompleted tasks displayed in task list and if I complete one, for example I upgraded 12 kingdom troops to level 5. Then I clicked on the “Collect all tasks” button and new uncompleted task appeared and I had again 3 incompleted tasks. Then I upgraded kingdom class to level 20, collected task rewards and after that appeared next task, complete tier 2 trial battle, which was already completed. I collected rewards from that and again completed task, collect legendary troop, appeared which was already completed. After I collected rewards from that task I again have 3 incompleted tasks. And it happens with every kingdom I complete some task. As I have completed trial battles up to tier 4 for all it also makes me wonder if there are rewards for completing tier 3 and 4 trials and they sit somewhere waiting until I complete specific tasks and reach to them. Is this how kingdom tasks work? You complete them but get rewards only after you have completed certain tasks before them?
Task are some king of progression. If you complete 1-10th steps and 12th but not complete 11th you’ll get a rewards for a all 10 steps. After you complete 11th step you’ll get a reward for 11 an 12
just open gold chests after completing some tasks like a shiny troops or pets - it’s a known (but very strange) issue. Chests triggers something on server side
I open gold chests every day and not one kingdom displays “need attention” activity mark beside them. I kinda doubt that this is same issue.
I have quite some Kingdoms with tasks - Upgrade 12 … Empire troops to level 5, Fully upgrade weapon from … Empire, Upgrade the … class to level 20.
I bet they all have same completed tasks on background - Complete tier 2 trial battle, Collect legendary troop for certain. If this is not bug then it seems tasks have specific order and I even if I actually complete some tasks I have to complete other tasks before I get to collect reward for already completed tasks. If it is so then it would be good if that information is published somewhere, about the order of tasks or how it works. Is there?
Thanks @Darklord1 , it kinda has answer to my issue - “You need to complete all 3 Kingdom tasks to increase your Kingdom Power before you get a new set of 3 tasks” because I don’t have to complete all 3 but just one of three to get one new task. I also didn’t understand the other picture about different tracks and tasks because I could not figure out in which order tasks would appear in kingdom task list.
But I need to mention that it sucks in my opinion. I could level up kindoms faster without that condition.
The part you are quoting is about the old system. There is no kingdom power anymore.
In the current system you don’t have to complete all three tasks. You only need to complete one task to advance that task. However you still have to complete them in order. As Nagflar_dv said you can’t get rewards for finishing the 12th task until you have finished the 11th.
Meditated more about that task&tracks list and I guess I got the idea. Every track has one task on kingdom task lists. In that way it makes sense. Thanks for all for clarifyint it to me. But it still sucks that I have to complete other tasks before I get rewards for already completed tasks.
