Yeah runesmith isn’t that useful by most accounts. Just another one to add to the collection. Not every troop can be a homerun though, so to speak.

What’s so special about 11? Other than doubling down for 21 ;). Anyhow that will only be 11 Arcane Stones for an UR.

I usually calculate what I need each week and only buy what I need rather than a set number.

Oops Runesmith is an UR. So I’m buying 16 then.

I find 11 Epics and 16 Ultra-Rares allows me enough of a headstart to Mythic them quickly plus the Traitstones.

“Boosted by red gems” is rather weird wording. I’m guessing it does mean boosted by red gems removed?

Normally yes but there’s no tooltip and Lyya’s database doesn’t mention removal.

EDIT: Runesmith uses Red himself, so to avoid looping I think there’s no removal

Unfortunately, I don’t have Runesmith on my PC account. But, Perhaps there is one player in the PC community that has a copy of runesmith and can cast his ability to see what happens.
