Nice i hope its sheggra i need a last one for mytic
It will be, Broken Spire is the Event
Sorry for the delay. Holiday and all.
Whatās new? Hellcat and Creeper added to Blighted Lands
ā
You know the land. Everyoneās journey started here. Luther was a trusted companion for many and few could imagine where our journeys would take us once we left. This week however, weāre coming home to the Broken Spire.
That Goblin may have been one of our first traveling companions, but I doubt heād want to stick around now that weāre introduced to our latest ally: Gob-chomper! He lives up to his name as not only will he deal out double damage to monsters in general, but this giant stands an excellent chance at just devouring any Marauder in the game (which includes any and all Goblins). Added that he is one of the Empowered ones means you can strike down many of the popular troops you may face before they even get a chance to respond much less attack you in return.
Gob-chomper is Broken Spireās 9th troop, joining ZhulāKari as the only 2 kingdoms currently like that. This should make it easier to raise the power level of this kingdom as well.
Gob-chomper is also the first Brown/Yellow troop which means that we have our first crack at being able to pick up Arcane Mountain traitstones since even as of now, outside of random drops from chests and treasure hunt, there is no other way to acqure these traitstones. Aside from himself, look at all the troops you can finally trait up:
Cockatrice
Gorgotha (and the Granite will flowā¦)
Keghammer
Lady Sapphira
Sacred Guardian
Steam Turret
Wolf Knight
Not to mention the following which should appear real soon:
Anubite Warrior (another event troop to give you another chance at these traitstones)
Dust Devil
Famine
Rakshanin (another event troop to give you another chance at these traitstones)
The Great Maw
Gob-chomper should be available right now for everyone in the store. Hope you have your Glory saved up.
This one was a long time coming. Now that the last of the official spoilers have been released, feel free to resume the speculation as to whatās coming next.
I think we are getting the next Kingdom(s) next week.
My guess for next Troop is Faunessa.
If the kingdoms do come next week then:
If Drifting Sands, the troop will be Ifrit (for the rest of us.)
If Blighted Lands, the troop will be Venbarak.
Since balance is favored, if I had to pick one, it would be Drifting Sands to complete out all 21 1 and 2 color combinations.
Still holding out on both though since both did have simultaneous release on the PC and part of the goal was to narrow the gap in troop discrepancy even if it may not be practical to do it that way.
Honestly, they should release one Kingdom at a time and start releasing Troops 2 at a time from Kingdoms with 2+ Troops that are remaining.
EDIT: And yes, Drifting Sands first, in the interest of balance.
Based on what was likely added from the next update (and what we know definitely) and assuming we stay in the same kingdom, the only multiple release possibilities are:
Primal (not likely)
Panās Vale (has 2 troops)
Mist of Scales (has 3 troops including the pair that had the simultaneous PC release)
The latter 2 are at 7 as well. Problem being, both kingdoms showed up recently so it a doubtful theyād come back anytime soon.
Look at both what Consoles are getting AND overall what is to come to get a better view.
BunniāNog makes it 3 unreleased Panās Vale Troops. Also, you have to look at the Traitstones that will be offered, because they are on a rotation as well
With 3 Panās Vale Troops, 2 Arcane Plains Troops (3 with Hellcat) and Sacrificial Priest being shown (we just had Karakoth) my guess is still Faunessa.
Bunniānog and Faunessa are the only 2 left in Panās Vale. There isnāt a 3rd one.
It also was said that traitstones were not a factor in troop release. How else could you account for the fact that Swamp showed up twice in a row and 3 times in about 5 weeks.
Adana is a more likely choice (Ghiralee) as is Whitehelm (Mercy) before they go back to anywhere weāve seen in the last month. Plus if a new kingdom is next weekās event, it certainly wonāt be anyone here other than Ifrit/Venbarak.
Yes, Mr. Strange said that after the initial update for traitstones.
However players pointed out that trait stones were an important factor, so now the update schedule MAY take those into account with the new update.
He sort of said it was an oversight not to factor those in, we will see in the next few weeksā¦
Theyāve always been a factor. But not the most important, or even second most important factor.
Youāre right, I miscounted.
However, Faunessa is still likely, but now maybe Mercy as well. Iād say Ghiralee but there isnāt another Yellow/Blue Weekly Troop after her all the way up to what PC has currently.
My money is on Faunessa. Panās Vale (Sylvasi) was 6 Events ago now, and I assume thereās a gap between Arcane Plains (Sacrificial Priest).
Ghiralee (Blade) and Mercyās (Swamp) Traitstones just had Events. Whitehelm has 8 Troops, Adana 7 plus we got Blade before Swamp, so Iām betting we get Ghiralee before Mercy as well.
Except Ghiralee would be Adanaās 8th troop which would move her up to the sooner side again for balance.
Was editting my post, but we thought the same thing.
I think we can safety guess that the next TWO weeks will be Faunessa and Ghiralee, in whichever order, yes?
EDIT: You know I meant the next two Troops, donāt pretend I didnāt start this whole thing off by saying I think we get a Kingdom (or both) next week
No.
Iād say Drifting Sands and Ifrit first. Then probably Ghiralee.
Iāll put together my complete āGuess @Mr.Strangeās Troop release orderā list after lunch.
How do we catch up releasing one at a time when PC occasionally has 2. I donāt believe we ever do
I played against someone today who had ifrit on their team.
Those that had bought him when it was leaked can use him now as well as use the Drifting Sands banner (Yellow/Brown) even though the kingdom itself is still locked.
Maybe if we ask gently Mr strange gonna tell us the 2 next week troops
No, you have to PM a photo of yourself playing catch with his kids like I did.
