Can I join a mobile guild from Xbox 1?

I have 2 accounts and wanted to join them in my guild I just created on my phone…I’m kinda new to this lol

XBox is its own set of players/guilds
PS4 is also its own set of players/guilds
PC and Mobile share players/guilds

You cannot mix between XBox, PS4 and Mobile/PC

Unfortunate in the sense that I’d love to boost my console guild while I’m sitting around with my phone.
