Kingdom Helper is the worst.

What we need to progress our kingdom levels past 15 (hell, past 10) is DEED offers, not event keys

Simple solution: Kingdom Helper only triggers for kingdoms needing leveled at sub-10 levels (so just turn it off past that).

Better solution would be for it to actually help kingdoms by offering what it offers for low level kingdoms, and/or heaps of gold/traitstones for newer players, and deeds for anyone with kingdoms leveled up to (or above)10.
