I wish they just stop with all these nonsense gimic gems, it adds nothing of substance.
I’d much rather they use some common sense and align the regions to the events so there is progress instead of overloading kingdoms with the same troop types.
Even better have a catch up campaign with no stupid gems that brings the levels of the blocked kingdoms up.

I dont mind this mecahanic tbh, i guess it was dreampt up for newer players with lower stats. But as a 1700+ im indifferent to it as losing that much armour doesnt affect didly squat.

So rarely, I’ve not seen it happen after nearly 3 hours’ play. I’ve only seen them because the Raid troop creates them.

Yeah, same. I was finding it weird I’ve not seen any yet. Especially since it seems like they’re only really effective when you get a few on the board, so even if 1 appears, it won’t do much. I expected them to be kinda common. Not gonna complain, just surprised at not seeing them.

According to the Artifact lore, looks like we’ll be visiting these Kingdoms:

  • Urskaya
  • Pan’s Vale
  • Stormheim
  • Dragon’s Claw
  • Hellcrag
  • Bright Forest
  • Leonis Empire
  • Karakoth
  • Forest of Thorns

Soulforge alert: Dread Arquebus (a component Weapon for The Ruby Macaque) should be available during Week 5 - Dragon’s Claw. Don’t miss it!

I think the P2W mythic should actually be good. It should be doing true damage.

After hundreds of battles I have yet to see this happen. I asked in the guild if anyone has seen it and the answer was no. Either this is the rarest campaign gem ever or, more likely, it is not dropping like it’s supposed to.

The last 2 days, I got several decaying gems on battles. Specially the raid event. Not flooding the board, but at least 3-4 per battle.

The campaign mythic’s damage potential is probably about equal to that of Yasmine’s Chosen. I’d take YC over her, because of the better traits and real looping potential, but I don’t think that the campaign mythic is terrible. Probably more “meh”, but most campaign mythics have been. (Also, most mythics in general.)

Would kinda make sense if the drop rate of decay gems increased each week, until we saw loads in the last week of the campaign, since the campaign seems like it’s all about decay spreading through the lands. But, it seems likely they just forgot to turn them on, which isn’t such a bad thing, since most players seem to complain about the hero gems, anyway. So, if we do get some time without them, and possibly 50 gems as an “apology” for not having them for a while, that’d be fine with me.
