Buff xp fix?

Will this issue ever be resolved the 4 xp when buff is active ? And we ever going to get rewards for 1st week of alliance since tyhe dark order has recived 0 of anything no lame apology and the 60 gems or nothing

why is this not a priority & i don’t see any dev/support replying to this? i can confirm its still an issue. i activated the buff in purple region & now i m getting 2xp per battle.

please acknowledge this issue and provide a ETA.
