Jeez - I have not seen a single writ in ages. I do explores every day but mostly get pet food, those purple delve shards, Delve Crowns, vault keys etc. once in a while deeds…How many hours of explore do you have to do a day?
Maybe it also depends on your level. I noticed the game adjusts to the level one is at - like at a certain stage I used to get tons of pets but now that I need them less I also get them less. So maybe I have not reached the level where they start sending lots of writs to people…
Obviously they could. But too many whales buying up (flash) offers by every chance they get one are (at least part of) the problem why this won’t ever happen. Another problem are the fictional ingame real money prices that some still don’t care about and whale their way through.
The rest is just logic. Why would the company with questionable pricings hand out “thousands and thousands” of dollers to such ungrateful players that so often annoy them because of “bug here” and “bug there”", ugh… “just deal with it…”, omglul.
The Legendary Task rewards truly are so much below any expectations and the only thing why this is still somehow reasonable is because these rewards are possibly handed out x30 for every guild member to collect them. Wouldn’t make any sense to put 100.000.000 gold in to open 100 legendaries and somehow end up with a high number of deeds and writs…

I know it has been stated many times before, but legendary tasks really need to be reworked. I know there are people that could just whale their way through and dump billions of gold into their guild, but that should not be the reason why the rest of us should suffer.
From my own perspective, I dump gold into my guild because hoard levels are the only other place I can dump it into. Sure, we get mythic troops here and there, but it feels empty. Gem keys don’t even give us gems. (Pretty terrible design imo) Most of us in our guild have all the mythics anyway and just get more keys to pile up.
Even if u reach guild level 10,000, u don’t get that “extra bonus” from guild statues. The devs probably didn’t even expect people to even reach that level.
Something needs to change. Throw in some gems or something else so that u don’t have to rely on vault events to restock your resources. Legendary tasks should feel somewhat rewarding, like the rewards u get from exalted keys.
I’m more surprised that they haven’t updated LTs, considering they would/could easily water the reward list down in the name of giving people things they want (which they probably don’t actually want)
Considering 1,900 books are needed at the current state of the game (38 Kingdoms, 37 +1 upcoming), Book of Deeds could be put in at the rate of Legendary troops and still be scarce. and even if people flood billions into LTs, players would still be behind on Imperial Deeds after they catch up using all the ones they currently have.
That being said, it always made more sense for Imperial Deeds to be the roadblock and not these stupid Book of Deeds.
If they do ever update LTs, first thing I want them to do is remove every Arcane traitstone and just consolidate them into an Orb of Wisdom drop. Still a junk drop to me, but at least I don’t have to think about staring at 5 digits worth of Arcane Traitstones. Wisdom would help newer players out more too, though I’d be surprised if they could get past Epic Tasks.
When they finally give us a way to realistically get deed books, we know that the game is near its end. I really believe they never want us to finish leveling kingdoms. They would have solved the issue by now.
I think it’s funny how they mess up the soulforge every now and then when they add something new in there, and everybody grabbed 3 of each deed book like a kid in a candy store. Just give us 3 of each deed book every month. We’d still be behind and never catch up.
I couldn’t find anything on legendary tasks when I searched. I find them very underwhelming. I would love to hear why people might think they are ok as is. The game has changed a lot. It might be worth opening a new feedback topic about it.
What about an option to craft writs in soulforge? You can craft books, imperial deeds and deeds but no writs.
There is currently this error showing that there is an upgrade in the forge. Maybe the developers can take this as an opportunity and include it in the next update of the forge.
I have found that focusing down magic kingdoms with purple deeds has left me with an imbalance of writs and amethysts. I don’t have enough of one or the other to craft purple deeds in the forge. It’s now a headache for me to try and balance things out and keep up with global kingdom power levels.
There definitely needs to be a way to balance out deeds and writs how u want to, but we have the same sort of problem with gnome verses. Like others mentioned before, they want us to not have enough of everything. Yet, it causes me unneeded stress when I’m searching for helpful merchant offers. Sometimes it can take HOURS of mindless explore 1 spamming just to find 1 offer that helps balance things out.
I honestly just don’t know anymore. Keeping track of all the upcoming kingdom power levels, guild events, and proper management of my free time feels like I’m preparing for world domination or something…
