This is why even tho im a xbox fanboy.
I have had every playstation for 1 game.
And people get a little piece of joy they remember for ever, i think were nine Gran turismos in. 1 to 7, plus A- spec and sport.
And i will always be a gran turismo fanboy.
Just a little thing Gems could do.
A random unowned troop on peoples birthdays, imagine how much more you would get back. On such a little thing to give away.
And yes no matter the troop, mimic, sentinel, dragon, immortal. You would get way more back from your player base. Than what you give.
With games on consoles, it takes your birthday from your account. Whereas in Gems of War, there isn’t anywhere currently where we ask you for information like that.
In future, maybe we could add something but not sure how many people would appreciate putting in their birth date. An alternative could be a game anniversary, and then you get a mail for it. But would involve client work to recognise your yearly anniversary, and then trigger something being sent out - which is not possible currently.
