[reported] Assassin Vine Has Wrong Rarity

With the above being said, we are looking at temporarily adjusting the pool for the Primal Rift Chaos Portal so Assassin Vine is the only Epic troop available. This would go live from weekly reset Feb 16th and then be adjusted back March 6th. Once I have confirmed this is possible and happening, I will post again
