July 21st
Yu-She, Dago’Nath, King of Cups will not be releasing in Chests or the Vault this week, due to some other issues taking away from them being set up in time.

Once I get confirmation they have been set up or confirmed added, I’ll make a new post.

Added language options to Freshdesk

A couple of notes:

  • I do not know how accurate these are; they are via Freshdesk
  • I am not 100% sure if you need to be logged in to your Freshdesk account, for this option to appear

Starting September;

We are going to trial merging the Weekly Event Blog with any Pet Rescue and Weekend Event blogs - so you have a one stop blog for the normal weekly events.

Special events such as Campaigns, PvP Seasons, Holiday events, Legends Reborn, Kingdom Pass, New Mythics, etc would still have their own blogs.

I’ll try and post another reminder during the final week of the month, to avoid anyone asking where the Friday event blogs are (Bounty and Expanded Faction).

A note from me: Please remind your Guild/Alliance Friends that they won’t get a Gold Mark Region bonus if they aren’t Legionary VIII or higher!

Got a lot of tickets overnight from rank IX players reporting missing Gold Marks, when you cannot earn them yet.

In the process of making sure all the articles state it clearly and seeing if there is a way to show this better in-game.

September 17th

The GoW website will experience up to 4 hours some downtime on Wednesday, September 17th between 12:00 AM (midnight) and 4:00 AM PT

Coming in 8.9

In the process of fixing an issue with the ad rewards on mobile devices, we will be updating the software related to it.

Unfortunately, due to updating this software as a requirement, it will mean that devices that cannot be updated beyond Android 5.1 (from 2015) or iOS 12 (2018) will no longer be able to run Gems of War as of 8.9.

Older devices, over time, lose their ability to meet minimum requirements for apps/games, but I wanted to call this out as we specifically have the information on exactly what will prevent a device from running Gems of War.
