Are there any plans to have gnomes that’ll drop Star Stones? If so, I think the gnome would be a great replacement for the Daemon Gnome in the Epic Vault.

No, there is currently no plans for further ways to earn Star Stones. The update has barely been out a day hahah think it will need to be out and running for a little bit before we start looking at additions or changes, other than new Boards
