An honourable company would compensate customers when they make a mistake

Not this company though: (Switch) GW compensation denied by the devs

Anyway: this has been most of my day today, and one of my guildies (Malaysia) confirmed she’s having the same issue.

Even though I am the one losing tributes with every passing hour (and maybe the calendar day reward if this keeps going much longer), the purpose of this post is to keep documenting the actions and inactions of this developer, especially for the newer generation of players.

Hopefully that developer who deletes posts she dislikes will stay away from this one, instead of once again deleting evidence. :crossed_fingers:
