Let’s hope we don’t have a repeat of Inari’s event, eh? That was super confusing.
So far I’ve found Spirit of Rage just 2 times in 12 battles (update: make that 4 times in 15 battles, aka. +2 more in +3 battles), each time appearing on the mountain range just west of the highest peak (aka. approximately where Urskaya itself is found on the world map). Can’t rule out this being just RNG but…
Recap of the "Inari test"
In that event, one map location had a special lookup table that included Inari, while every other map location excluded Inari. So if this location appeared on the map but without Inari, it would remain there until actually battled, and Inari would not otherwise appear at all.
So a rule of thumb to test for this is: be sure you farm ALL locations that appear on the map.
