A member of my guild dont have this troop and it dont appear in his list of troops not owned.
Also we are several in the guild to have Nyx in only 1 copy (mythic), we bought the glory bundle and/or opened event chests when it was Pans Vale event. That means we are several to have not get one single more copy with 1000s glory, gems or Guild chests. Not possible with a blue rarity troop.

For what it’s worth, here are the Ultra-Rares with the lowest distribution according to registered Console users of the GoW DB. Both Nyx and Frost Lizard seem low given their release weeks (compare Bishop, for example) but I can’t say if this is a drop rate bug or if those troops are simply unpopular.

I think trux is right, i got only 1 mythic copy of nyx and never catched more since it was released

I only got 1 nyx when when it came out, that’s all I have, even after opening thousands of both glory and gem chests over the last couple of months.

Nyx was released May 15 on console, so she should have gone into chests on June 12.
I’m still at ultra-rare with 5 copies. That seems implausible given how many gem and glory chests I’ve opened in the last 2 months. And I would have bought a few on release.
Edit to add: I’m on ps4, so it looks like this is an error on both consoles.

Yup! I have 0 copies… I have also opened a multitude of chests since june 12

I also noticed that Totem guardian is not in gold chests (xbox one)
I think Totem Guardian was released since less than 4 weeks, so its normal it is not already in chests.

Totem Guardian only should have gone into chests today.
Totem guardian is in glory chests with Frost Lizard. I saw the artworks in the chests menu.
Frost Lizard was only released to us 5 weeks ago and has only been in chests for a week now, so that one isn’t surprising.
Nyx is clearly not in chests.
Edit to add: Please don’t take my posts as arguing with you. The info you posted is super-helpful in narrowing down the problem!

I opened 3000 gold chests (common and rare troops) and nothing
@gunthaar. The above comment is confirmation!. Viewing artwork in the menu doesn’t count (based on past experience).

Well it looks like I’ll be waiting until Nyx gets added too. thanks @anon43026234 for alerting the developers, I hope they can it it done in a few hours.

@gunthaar I Only tried a few hundred Gold Chests for kicks. No Totem at all. Its probably safe to assume your correct, and he’s not in the Gold chest right because no one added him. Or he will get super quick double secret ninja edited in.

Totem Guardian isn’t due to release in Gold chests until next week.

Ok, thanks for getting back to me. Sorry… I took @Stan 's list as the gold standard of accuracy, as he hasn’t been wrong yet in his “(Un)Official Console post as to what is going to be added to the chests”

Hey! You have different release dates for adding troops to Gold Chests versus Glory Chests??
And here I was thinking a troop that could appear in either Chest would naturally be input into both on the same date.
Guess my hubby will have to wait a bit longer since he forgot to buy Merchant Prince during its release week…
