How many are rewarded for the weekly reward?

The only Monthly Star Stone goal we have ran so far was 320

I purchased my Library Pass Mar 27, 2026 @ 7:35pm PDT (my bad I don’t know why I thought it was fixed)

I held on to the 3 server compensation emails and collected them today.

I just received the additional email for the x3 for the Library pass. Everything was there except for the 450 Star Stones.

What should I do next?

I’ve already explained above, you will not get 450 Star stones, you get 200 Star stones as you already received 250 when you completed the tutorial and bought the pass - if you bought the pass before the server reset weekend, and the week 9.1 went live

Anyone who purchased it more recently, a week after 9.1 was live onwards, won’t be affected by that bug and won’t get the Library Pass mail, only the level 50+ mail - which is what you got. You got the correct amount of Star Stones when you purchased the pass, I can see it in your data. 300 from the Library Pass and you got 150 when you completed the Astral Spire tutorial.

I have done every day and event and have 1700 total stones

780 from daily reward

320 monthly reward

250 rollback compensation

150 from tutorial

200 from this mail

My total should be 1800 if l received the 100 you say l received when l purchased it l got 100 gems not stones

Not trying to be arguementive.

But that is just that - I didn’t receive anything after I purchased the Library pass this last Friday (27th) I triple checked my Inbox. Nothing showed up like everything normally does when you purchase in game items.

I have the Apology email from Dev that contained 250 compensation Star stones. But that was before I purchased my Library Pass.

I am confused. Everything else was exactly as it should be now except my additional star stones from the 27th purchase.

@CHIEFSFAN27 I am not going through every single one of your logs in the past 2+ weeks to list out every single instance of Star Stones being added and removed from your account.

I can see the purchase log for the Library Pass as I have already shared the timestamp for, where you got 100 Star Stones from it, I can see your tutorial completion, where you got 150 Star stones before purchasing the Library Pass, and I can see your Library Pass comp mail with the remaining amount.

Same can be said with your account @Taisiakat I can see your purchase log and the 300 Star Stones credited to your account at the same time. This is rewarded instantly, it is not mailed out, so it will not display in your inbox.

Thank you. I am just so used to seeing in game purchase emails…. especially when years ago, I bought things and they never showed up and the first thing was asked ‘Did I receive the ingame email’.

You have earned that much. I’m not saying your total is incorrect, I am saying I can see you have earned that and I can see the logs.

If you want to send through a ticket, I can give you the exact times stamps for every instance you got Star Stones and your totals, when I am back to work tomorrow.

I am just telling you what I can see in your logs for all instances of Star Stones being rewarded, and it totalled 1,800.

Also my wife has 2000 total stones and l have 1700 total bought same pass she bought before she collected

Bought lib-pass after receiving the lib-award mail.

Missing the 400 extra gems. Also got 2 honorkeys+2 gemskey instead of 4 gemkeys.

I still have the two honor/glory keys , you can remove them, no need for server

rollback.

@didyyy if you haven’t already, can you send through a ticket.
Our studio is open today & Friday so I’ll be a little slow to clear through everything.
There has been a couple of reports of players not getting the Library Pass purchase Gems, and haven’t been able to see a consistency as to why.

This appears to be a different issue to the past reports of just missing library pass rewards

Update for this issue, where players don’t get the 400 Gems and Orbs for purchasing the Library Pass, it should get fixed before the weekend.

@Jeto Just checking in on this issue to make sure I didn’t miss a solution/workaround being posted. I did already try running the game both fullscreen and windowed (at multiple different resolutions), but no luck.

I was able to get past this issue on my main account by opening the game on mobile, where the tutorial showed up correctly. However, on my secondary account (which I only play on PC), I unfortunately don’t have that option :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

No, it is still awaiting a proper fix and is still listed in our known issues article as ongoing. What is your secondary invite code?

Just to not risk any issues, this will now go out after the weekend.

TLDR; There was a bug where players were not getting the purchase rewards for the Library Pass after we fixed the issues with the Library Pass not rewarding triple the resources.
These purchase rewards are specifically the 400 Gems and the 2 Major Orbs of Growth
