Got your response…Sadly, after 2,192 consecutive days played, and hundreds of dollars in puchases, today my streak ends. This was not a fair resolution for me.

It does not look like the Switch IAP’s were pushed to live (Library Pass and Star Stone offers), chasing this up with the peeps responsible for it going out.

I know it’s a big change, but maybe you should seriously consider moving reset time.
Most of the problems seem to happen around reset, including the weird pet problems in today’s Legends Reborn event.
Now we understand that reset is at 5pm/6pm for you depending on the season. And it’s definitely beer time, and knock off for the week on Friday. But it makes little sense for a game that is 24/7 that most of the mess-up happen when no-one is in the office…
If it was moved earlier to say 10am/11am AEDT, at least you should have everyone in the office when things go wrong…
