It does not look like the Switch IAP’s were pushed to live (Library Pass and Star Stone offers), chasing this up with the peeps responsible for it going out.

I know it’s a big change, but maybe you should seriously consider moving reset time.
Most of the problems seem to happen around reset, including the weird pet problems in today’s Legends Reborn event.
Now we understand that reset is at 5pm/6pm for you depending on the season. And it’s definitely beer time, and knock off for the week on Friday. But it makes little sense for a game that is 24/7 that most of the mess-up happen when no-one is in the office…
If it was moved earlier to say 10am/11am AEDT, at least you should have everyone in the office when things go wrong…

I purchased the Library Pass over the weekend and I am a 50+ level (1401). I thought that the Library pass rewards was fixed? Since I didn’t get the x3 of anything, I take it, the Library Pass rewards are still broken?
Yes, those are still broken, it’s been 14 days now.

The missing Library Pass and lvl 50+ Library Rewards are expected to be sent out to players in the next hour or two. This will only be sent out to players who were affected by this issue before the server rollback weekend, and will appear in your mailboxes.

I got the mail, but there are no star stones within it.
I thought some multiplier of the 150 star stones was expected (even for non library pass buyers).

You would only get Star Stones if you had purchased the Library Pass.
If you didn’t purchase the Library Pass, you don’t get the extra Star Stones.
The issue with the missing lvl 50+ Library Rewards did not apply to Star Stones, as these were available to be collected as you needed to complete this tutorial, to get the Star Stones to unlock Astral Spire. It was all other rewards before this, that were displaying as already earned.
Any multiplier to rewards is only applicable to the Library Pass

I only got 200 star stones from the mail should have been 300
150 × 3= 450
150 + 200 = 350

You already received 250 Star Stones when 9.1 launched, which is why you got 200 Star Stones in the mail.

My wife got 450 from the pass only rewards that were tripled and just got 200 more from same mail ?
Without their invite code, to look at their account data, I cannot really comment on anything with their account or see their mail.
I only received no stones when l bought the pass collected tutorial before l bought the pass

If you share your wife’s invite code, I can confirm what they got.
I got 150 from collecting the tutorial rewards and purchased the pass after and didn’t receive no star stones not even 100
I can see on 17/03/2026 at 13:06:58 AEDT you purchased the Pass and got the 100 Star Stones.
