It’s been 8 hours and I still can’t get logged in. So is part of the compensation coming going to be all the missed hourly gold, gems, and glory for the whole day that is being rolled back and for each hour that it takes for you to finish this rollback? So am I and all the other players going to receive back all the real resources we earned today ? I did all my dailies. My Underspire where I spent my usual 300 gems to get my 15 extra torches( my usual investment in Underspire) my dungeon where I spent my usual 50 gems, my adventure board, my 6 citadel battles, my 10 gold mark battles, I bought my usual tier III in bounty and earned to reward 18 and my 3 delves, the sigils and 12 FIREBALL scrolls I used in Tower of Doom. These are my regular purchases for each event. Now you’re planning on rolling back all of Friday, but not letting players in the game in time to redo all the work. It takes me 2 hours each day to get everything done. Even if I could get back in to get stuff started, there isn’t enough time before reset. I get 35 gems every hour, approximately 25,000 gold, 668 glory, 66 gold keys every hour. I log in every hour to collect these rewards. So all this needs to be taken into consideration. The things I am losing hourly because of your ROLLBACK, because of YOUR MISTAKE.

Im just baffled in how long it takes and that we get punished for their messup. I got 2 mythics outside of the gem rewards, legendary task mythic, bounty completed, doom completed, class from 91-100, 300 pvp battles, Several hours of grinding.

They reacted way to late. I bought stuff with Real money.

They dont fix the warband achievement, although we have to buy currency with money. People lost progress on leaderboards.

All because of Bad coding on their end and an even worse communication in the aftermath.

Ill bet that the compensation will be laughable at best, finally giving 1000s of Players a reason to quit for good.

After the servers were down for awhile, they came back up but all progress from yesterday was lost! I lost the evil dragon i spent all my dragonite on! When i tried again this morning, I got a different evil dragon…one I didn’t want! By the way, NONE of the resources used to craft Vizinium were obtained using resources given with the ‘fix’. So why penalize me?

I want Vizinium back! Not fair!

LOL. We, the players, are the beta testers and we did encounter these issues as evidenced by this post. You don’t fully test squat.

also while doing your rollback fixes you screwed up all the guild maps for tod some floors in middle of map where all question marks in the middle of maps that shown higher number floors done , devs you really messed this week up also all bounty progress has been erase this is really bad can you from now on put some quality control in your game or updates and test it also how about making that bounty troop mytic and leveling him full level 20 plus giving up all the gems we paid to get troop and the major orbs that took to ascend it and the traitstones to unlock traits fully and the green major orb that we leveled it up fully b/c in your rollback we where not compensated for spent gems, orbs and traitstones plus i willing to bet a lot more stuff that i have not yet discovered

@Jeto Right now everything can go wrong with the game isn’t what happen on the 3/20/2026 proof enough

I have 2x great players who have been playing for 7+ years that are saying they are likely done. If they quit because of this, I will disband my guild and leave the game also. level 1796, 7+ years player myself. And I spend real money every month on the game.

I didn’t get hit hard myself because my playtime was very limited yesterday. But many in my guild did. It’s not Jeto’s fault, but it is definitely someone’s. It would be nice if we could be told the truth and all be given all underspire, doom rewards, and more. give everyone Vizinium or 1200 Dragonite if they have it already, or something like that to defray the horrific results of the rollback.

I don’t need Vizinium I already have 3 of him, but I do need Demizerius. So maybe give players one of the missing Evil Dragons or Missing Flower dragons depending on what they are collecting currently. Or enough Dragonite to craft a dragon of their own choosing

I have him too, only one, would appreciate Dragonite and gems gift in larger than 50 token quantity. Maybe make players feel like they are truly sorry about the mess that was made, the time and resources earned that were lost to so many, I got 1000 gold and 1, 1! Glory key as a thank you for playing the game. That’s actually insulting, felt like a slap in the face. Got it a day after the mess, so it can’t have been coincidence.

Yeah, the fact that i spent my own resources, built up over weeks of play, SPECIFICALLY to craft Vizinium….grinds my gears.

I was so relieved when I finally got it….only to have it ripped away by the Devs.

I have played EVERY SINGLE DAY for 6 years…never missed one day. And this makes me furious enough to quit.

@Cue1st I feel you on that one. The :brown_circle: deed book that was ripped away from me is about 2 weeks of wasted time in PvP. But getting your missing dragonite dragon is much worse.

I know they’re drowning in support tickets, but if anyone made any micro transactions on Friday, March 20…they have to be compensated. Period. Otherwise Chuck Norris will come back with a vengence.:rofl:

But have you tried submitting a ticket? Maybe they can recover your account from the time that you opened your evil dragonite egg?

I’ve just staarted for the morning and I need to wait for the rest of the team to jump on, so I can get a handle of what exactly is happening with everyones accounts after the incident on the weekend.

At this stage there is no need to submit tickets, as it’s a global issue.

Thanks , DB. Yeah, I submitted a ticket…not holding my breath though, ya know? i’ve played since then (to keep my bonuses and playing streak going), but tried to minimize doing anything substantive (aside from the failed attempt to rebuild Vizinium…got sucky Hematrax instead).
